About the event

Panellists will share insights on how structured collaboration between academic and socio- economic actors can be diversified and intensified so all actors gain value as well as ensure high-impact international traineeships. The session will take into account the learning/training conditions of success and new opportunities offered by the programme.

To which extent the new Erasmus programme allows for more inclusive and flexible traineeships? Remote, blended or on-site traineeships: what are the success factors and conditions of impactful international mobilities? - What are the recently established practices and legal framework to enable and diversify traineeship pathways? Participants will be invited to exchange good practices and feedback on the above-mentioned questions.

The European Commission will provide insights on the new policy context, and how they support Erasmus traineeships across all study cycles, while the European University Foundation will focus on the establishment of Industry-Academia collaboration, and how to support the entrepreneurial mindset of students by structuring cooperation with incubators to enable traineeships in startups, as well as, how doctoral candidates can access these opportunities in a transnational context.

The session will offer the opportunity for participants to tap into experience, policy insights and gather innovative good practices from the community.
